Our inkjet coating devices can perform a diverse range of high-precision tasks, including functional layer coating covering whole or partial areas, Divide Coating, and wiring patterning.
They offer better functional coating through high consistency of coat thickness and high-precision narrow frame capability; better pattern coating through high ink drop impact accuracy and unique algorithm to prevent inconsistent coating; and better wiring patterning, including ability to handle deformed surfaces, micro wiring, and ability to coat ultra-small pieces. They can also handle emission materials for organic EL (OLED), PCL (TFE) materials, quantum dot display materials, and semi-conductive materials.
