Overview
The FB2100 and FB2400 are semi-automatic large-scale LCD probers that use a flat board probe (FBP) system in which fine-pitch electrode patterns are imprinted in batches onto polyimide film. The stable lighting rate, a major characteristic of the FBP method, offers you reproduction comparable to module completion inspection.
